Tension – Are you stressed out?

Try Shoulder Rolls – Shoulders are another area where we hold on to stress. Roll your shoulders forwards 10-15 times, then backwards 10-15 times, pausing wherever you feel tightness. You can repeat this 3-5 times to help work out a tension headache

Eye strain – Do you spend your day in front of a screen or reading fine print?

Let’s Walk it Out – Get up and go for a short walk. You don’t have to go far or be gone long. Take 5-10 minutes every couple of hours to rest your eyes. You can walk around the block, head to the break room for some tea,

Allergies or other environmental factors – Is there something in your home or office environment that’s triggering your headaches?

Eliminate! – We come into contact with so many chemicals on a daily basis, and some of these chemicals can trigger headaches, especially fragrances. If you’re using artificial room deodorizers, try eliminating those to see if your headaches subside. You can also switch to “free and clear” soaps and detergents, so you’re not carrying fragrance around with you.

Dehydration – Are you sure you’re getting enough water?

Drink water – Dehydration is a common cause for headaches. Drinking water also helps your body flush things out, like allergens and toxins that can cause you headaches.
