SPA RECIPE: Homemade Massage Oils For Sore Muscles

Recipe #1:
Start with ½ cup almond, grape seed or soybean oil  and add 10 to 15 drops of eucalyptus citriodora essential oil.  Use it to massage away your pain from sore muscles. It also helps with muscle cramps and arthritis pain.


Recipe #2:
2 drops Eucalyptus
2 Peppermint
2 drops Rosemary
4 drops Lavender
2 oz Carrier Oil

Mix all ingredients together. Massage onto the skin.
