Fun, Fresh, and Fruity Facial Mask Recipes

 Fresh fruit facial masks can provide many benefits for the skin because they contain a large quantity of fruit acid, enzymes, vitamins, and antioxidant protection. When applied to the skin they have a powerful exfoliating effect that gets rid of dead skin cells, leaving it with a natural glow.

 Apple Facial Mask:   

 Ingredients:

1 apple cut into quarters.

2 tablespoons of honey

½ teaspoon sage

Directions: Chop up the apple quarter in a food processor. Add honey and sage and keep in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Apply the mixture onto the face until the honey feels tacky. Apply the mask for 30 minutes and then rinse the face mask with cool water.

Green Grapes facial mask:

Ingredients:

1 cup of green grapes

1 teaspoon of honey or egg yolk

 Directions: Crush the grapes into a pulp. Then add the honey or egg yolk (whichever desired). Apply the mixture to dampened skin for 15 minutes and then rinse.

Banana Mask:

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1 tablespoon honey

4-5 tablespoon almond

 Directions: Mash the banana, add the honey and almond and add some water to get the consistency you desire. Apply the mixture on your damp face and neck for about 15 to 20 minutes then rinse your face lukewarm water.

 Lemon Facial Mask:

 Ingredients:

4 table spoon flour

4 tablespoon yogurt

1 table spoon lemon juice

 Directions: Combine them together to make a paste. Apply lemon facial mask to the face avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, and then rinse with warm water.

 Pear Facial Mask: 

 Ingredients:

1 ripe pear

½ teaspoon honey

1 tablespoon of heavy cream

Directions: Peel and core the pear. Cut into small pieces and keep them into small bowl. Mash with a fork into a paste, add the honey and heavy cream. Apply the mixture on the face and neck for 15 minutes then rinse with warm water.

Papaya Facial Mask:

Ingredients:

¼ of a ripe papaya

4 teaspoon of green cosmetic clay

1 1/2 teaspoon of aloe Vera gel

 Directions: Mix the papaya, aloe vera gel, and clay together. Apply the mixture over face and neck only for 20 minutes, and then rinse off with cool water.

Peach facial mask:

Ingredients:

1 peach

1 teaspoon of olive oil

Directions: Mix the ingredients; apply over the face only for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
